2024 BATTLE FOR THE BONES
COMPETITION RULES
The 2024 Battle for the Bones BBQ Competition will be held on November, 16th at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in Memphis, Tennessee prior to the Memphis-UAB football game. The competition will be a one-meat ribs sanctioned contest and is opened to professional and amateurs. The deadline to enter the Battle for the Bones contest is 5 PM CST on Thursday, November 14th. Limited spots are available for the contest. Entry fee must be received in order to lock in your spot. Once full, a waiting list will be made available.

CONTESTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
All contestants in the 2024 Battle for the Bones BBQ Competition must be registered by Tuesday, November 12th at 11:59 PM CST. Sign-in and setup for the competition time will be TBD based on kickoff time. In addition, a mandatory cooks meeting will be held to ensure all participants know all of the rules and can ask any questions. Water and restrooms will be provided. Tents, tables, and chairs are permitted but will not be provided. Electricity will also be the responsibility of the competitors.

1st Place - $2000
2nd Place - $750
3rd Place - $250
ENTRY FEE - $200
Entry fees will provide the following:
- One 20'x20' cooking site
- Entry in the competition
- One parking pass for the Memphis-UAB football game
- Five tickets for the Memphis-UAB football game
